Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all AustStab – Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Association (AustStab) Events, Training, Workshops, and Conferences.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are registering to attend an AustStab Event, Workshop, Training, or Conference (“Event”) managed by AustStab and agree to pay all associated fees. If registering on behalf of others, you are responsible for all associated fees for the participants you register. For assistance, contact AustStab via enquiry@auststab.com.au

Event Registration
Please ensure you register for the correct Event. Assistance is available via email at enquiry@auststab.com.au

Confirmation
A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to the provided email address upon completion of registration. Please check for accuracy. If not received within two (2) business days, contact AustStab.

Payment Terms
Payments for AustStab Events, Workshops, and Conferences, including sponsorship or display options, are due at registration. All fees must be paid prior to the event unless pre-arranged.

Credit Card Payments
Credit card transactions are securely processed through AustStab’s merchant provider. Card details are not stored by AustStab.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations ≥30 days before the event: $100 (incl. GST) admin fee.
  • Cancellations 15–29 days before the event: $150 (incl. GST) admin fee.
  • Cancellations <15 days: No refund, but substitutions are welcome.

Refunds
Refunds are not available for change of mind. Contact AustStab if your circumstances change. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 30 days and are subject to admin fees.

Invoices
Issued automatically upon registration.

Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, AustStab will:

  • Issue a full refund (within 30 days), or
  • Transfer your registration to the new date. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

Media Consent By attending, you consent to AustStab:

  • Capturing your image/voice in photos, videos, or recordings;
  • Using your name or likeness;
  • Creating and using transcripts;
  • Using these materials for education, training, promotion, reporting, or knowledge sharing, without compensation.

You acknowledge that AustStab may share this content with third parties for permitted uses.

Event content is subject to copyright. No material may be reproduced without written permission from AustStab. Requests should be directed to admin@auststab.com.au.

Disclaimer of Liability
AustStab reserves the right to amend event details and accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property or other damages arising from participation in events. Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect AustStab’s position.
