AustStab Limited, in collaboration with The Fathering Project, is proud to launch an industry-first initiative—the Parenting Essentials Workshop Series! This four-part series is designed to foster stronger connections and empower fathers and families within our industry. By offering practical tools and support, we aim to help dads be more present, engaged, and confident in their roles, promoting brighter futures for their children.

Workshop 1: Healthy Work Life Balance – 18 Feb 2025, 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
This workshop is designed to equip parents with practical strategies for navigating the intricate balance between professional responsibilities and family life. Workshop 2: Staying Connected While Working Away – 18 Mar 2025, 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
This workshop explores strategies for staying connected with children while working away from home. Through insights from research and real-life experiences, we uncover practical tips for maintaining strong bonds and open communication despite physical distance.

Workshop 3: Resetting From Work to Home – 15 Apr 2025, 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
In our fast-paced world, balancing work and family life can be tough for parents. Our workshop provides practical strategies for making this transition smoother, ensuring children receive the attention and care they need. We’ll explore the psychological and emotional aspects, sharing relatable stories and research-backed insights to highlight the importance of prioritising family time.
