EOI for Panel Participation: 2025 AustStab Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Conference

 

Theme: Recycling the Road Ahead – Resilient | Sustainable | Cost-Effective

AustStab invites expressions of interest for panel participation and presentations at the 2025 Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Conference. This new initiative aims to foster dynamic discussions, challenge conventional thinking, and drive industry innovation in alignment with this year’s theme: Recycling the Road Ahead – Resilient | Sustainable | Cost-Effective

We are seeking thought-provoking contributions from experts and industry leaders for engaging discussions, including:

  1. International Practices in Australian Conditions
    Explore global innovations in pavement recycling and stabilisation that could be successfully adapted for Australian roads but are not yet widely implemented.
  2. Panel Discussion/Case Study – Innovation
    Share and debate new, disruptive ideas that challenge conventional practices in pavement stabilisation and recycling.
  3. Stabilisation in New Construction – Why Not the Standard? (Panel Discussion/Debate)
    Should stabilisation be a mandatory component of all new construction projects? Let’s challenge the status quo.
  4. Extreme Weather Recovery – A Missed Opportunity? (Panel Discussion/Debate)
    In regions impacted by extreme weather and road recovery initiatives, why isn’t pavement recycling or foam stabilisation the automatic solution? Let’s discuss.

  • Provide a brief overview of your chosen panel topic and why you want to participate
  • Explain how your contribution aligns with the conference theme and goals.
